My passion for home care was born during my time as a Reablement Support Worker within the NHS Early Intervention Team, where I worked alongside therapists, nurses, and social workers to help people regain their independence and remain in their own homes.
Every day, I had the privilege of supporting individuals through some of the most challenging periods of their lives. I also worked closely with their families, witnessing first-hand the emotional, practical, and financial pressures that often come with caring for a loved one at home.
It was through these encounters that I realised not only my passion for home care, but also the need to create better solutions that empower families, support carers, and improve outcomes for those receiving care.
